Simply fill out our online form and one of our agents will contact you to schedule an appointment.  This process typically includes a walk through of your property to determine it's size and condition.  Then determine what properties have sold in the last 180 day that are most comparable to the size and condition of your property.

It is highly recommended to get pre-approved for a mortgage before house hunting.   A pre-approval letter shows sellers and their real estate agent that you are a serious buyer and can help streamline the process once you find your dream home.
